Fine leaf blade; bright green during growing season, warm brown in dormancy; good fall color

Medium leaf blade; dark green color in growing season, warm brown in dormancy

Tall Fescue
Medium blade; dark green color; retains green color year round

- Improved heat and drought resistance

Bluegrass
Medium blade; dark green color; retains green color year round
- More heat and drought resistant than fescue
- Better recovery than other cool season grasses

  All of our sod is locally grown right here in the Metro Atlanta region. Each roll of sod is cut the day we install it, cut at a 1 1/2” depth so that it retains water better.
